ShareChat & Moj sought to solidify their position as one of India’s leading social media platforms. The goal was not just to drive visibility but to educate brands on the power of short-form video (SFV) content, equipping them with the knowledge to leverage it effectively. To achieve this, we focused on three key objectives:

Beyond brand positioning, ShareChat & Moj wanted to provide brands with tangible insights on how to navigate the SFV ecosystem. We wanted to look at a solution that facilitated knowledge-sharing, bringing together industry leaders to discuss best practices, success stories, and emerging trends—helping brands make informed decisions about their SFV strategies.

The Solution
To position ShareChat & Moj as a leader in the regional short-form content space and solve the aforementioned challenges, we came up with a strategic idea in the form of a marquee IP, a customised event which we executed end-to-end.
The goal was to bring together key decision-makers and spark meaningful conversations around SFV—using it effectively for business, its multiple challenges and roadblocks and how to resolve them. The coming together of this community reinforces the brand’s thought leadership and to achieve this goal, we meticulously crafted every aspect of the event to drive impact.
Strategic event ideation
Aligning with ShareChat & Moj’s unique positioning, we conceptualized the ‘Short Form Big Impact Leadership Summit.’ The event was designed with a clear, impactful narrative, ensuring that every session delivered tangible value. From content planning to theme development, we carefully curated topics that addressed key industry challenges and opportunities, equipping attendees with actionable insights to maximize their short-form video strategies.

Curating industry leadership
After a careful selection process, 30+ industry thought leaders were invited as speakers and panelists, ensuring a diverse mix of experts and decision-makers who could drive meaningful discussions. We designed each session in a way that offered actionable insights, with speakers sharing effective strategies and real-world applications of SFVs to help brands maximize their impact.
End-to-end event planning & execution
Going hand-in-hand with the brand team, we managed and organised every aspect of the event across two key cities, Mumbai and Gurgaon. Meticulous planning went into designing the event agenda, structuring 12 sessions and panel discussions, and aligned focus areas with industry trends to ensure maximum engagement. ShareChat & Moj’s annual festive report was also launched at the Gurgaon event.
Seamless branding & promotions
We developed the key visuals and branding assets to ensure a cohesive event identity. We also ensured a strong partnership with Brand Equity for event promotions, securing the right audience, and managing registration through a dedicated event website and banners. Targeted emailers and social media campaigns amplified visibility, driving engagement and reinforcing the event’s industry relevance.




On-ground event management
A hand-in-hand approach ensured the smooth execution of the event along with facilitating meaningful networking opportunities, capturing key takeaways from CMOs, and also ensuring the event delivered valuable insights for all attendees.
